  7.     FileBaseUpdate is a CNet4.x dos based utility to update CNet's internal
  8. size and postdate of an item within a file subboard.
  9.  
  10.     I run automated processes which update certian files on a regular basis.
  11. These include filelists, aminet indexes and a few other files.  Unfortunatly,
  12. CNet only knows the filesize and postdate from the origional adoption into
  13. the subboard.  I needed a way for my users to know if a list had been updated
  14. or not.... The result was FileBaseUpdate.
